Building a Community

Community can start small but with intention, it can grow into an ecosystem that develops people, not just gathers them.

About Valeria

Bosibori Valeria is a community and ecosystem builder focused on expanding access, growth, and leadership opportunities for humans in tech. Her work sits at the intersection of community, careers, and inclusive innovation designing systems that turn support into tangible outcomes especially for Women in Tech. . As Co-Founder of Tech Sisters Kenya, she has helped grow a thriving ecosystem of 2,700+ women, leading the design and execution of mentorship programs, learning initiatives, and community-driven events that unlock career pathways, visibility, and leadership opportunities. Bosibori specializes in translating community into impact building programs, partnerships, and experiences that meet techies where they are and intentionally move them forward. Through her work, she has created spaces where techies mostly women don’t just enter tech, but are supported to grow, lead, and shape the ecosystem. At the core of her work is a clear belief: when people are supported with the right systems, access, and community, the impact multiplies not just for individuals, but for teams, organizations, and the broader tech ecosystem.
