Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Yes, full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event. After that, tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another attendee.

Is there a student discount available?

Absolutely! We offer a 50% discount for currently enrolled students. Please send a copy of your student ID to tickets@rubyconf.africa to receive your promo code.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and PayPal. This ensures both local and international attendees can easily purchase tickets.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes, all main stage talks will be recorded. Full Pass holders get access to the recordings 1 week after the event. They will be made public 3 months later.
